My Story:
Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics I started my professional career in the field of market research both on agency and client sides.
After dealing with different research & analytical methodologies I decided to combine them with my creative skills through brand management. I managed the brands locally in Poland and the Netherlands, as well as on the global level. For over 5 years I worked with a remarkable international collective in Global Brand Teams in Headquarters of Japan Tobacco International (JTI), the 3rd biggest tobacco company globally, known for such brands as Camel, Winston, Mevius, Benson&Hedges or LD. I also have 2 years experience of the Formula 1 sponsorship program by Mild Seven brand in Renault F1 Team in 2004-2005 (PR and promo related).
For 8 years before founding Leadium Consulting I had lead strategic & marketing functions of JTI in Poland and Germany, where I was responsible for development of Portfolio, Brand and Trade Strategies. My best take out from this period is a conviction that “it’s not a big that eats small” and that unconventional approach is the way to beat competitors.
